By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by tf2 through tf2.im or our mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the tf2 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The tf2 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting and gambling activities are legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with their local laws.
Account Registration & Security Responsibilities
Account Opening Requirements
To use tf2's services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tf2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information. You must notify tf2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Identity Verification
Tf2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
By using the tf2 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or use tf2's services
- Cheating, manipulating, or abusing the platform's betting or gaming systems
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party
- Engaging in any activity that may harm other users or damage tf2's reputation
Any breach of the provisions above entitles tf2 to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice, and tf2 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending further investigation.
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the tf2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tf2 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used in Malaysia, including DuitNow, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Processing Times & Transaction Limits
Deposits are typically processed within a short timeframe depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process and may take up to three business days. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by tf2 and are subject to change from time to time.
Refund Policy
Deposits credited to a gaming account are non-refundable except in specific circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis by the tf2 team. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to tf2's customer support team within 14 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy

Account Suspension & Closure

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to claim any compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the tf2 platform are the exclusive property of tf2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such materials without prior written consent from tf2.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Tf2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available at tf2.im/terms-conditions. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Third-Party Links & Services
The tf2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under tf2's control. tf2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users who access such links do so at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.
